1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," "User," or "you") and phspn ("phspn," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phspn online gaming platform accessible at phspn.cam (the "Platform"), including all related services, features, content, and functionality.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the phspn Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the phspn Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In the Philippines, the legal minimum age for participation in casino-style online gambling is 21 years old, consistent with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party in opening or using the account.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, issued by phspn or any other gaming operator.
• You are not listed on any exclusion register maintained by a gaming authority.

phspn conducts age verification checks at the point of registration. We may, at our sole discretion, request government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS ID) to confirm your age and identity before processing any withdrawal or continuing to provide Services. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full suite of phspn Services, you must create a member account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized or not.
• Notify phspn immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party under any circumstances.

phspn reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by law. Where an account is closed for reasons attributable to phspn rather than player misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's designated payment method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phspn Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.

Deposits:

• phspn supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on your bank.
• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where this is technically not possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on your VIP tier and the payment method selected.
• phspn reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing withdrawals. This may require you to submit documentary proof.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding wagering requirements attached to any active bonus on your account.
• phspn reserves the right to void winnings and withhold withdrawals where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, exploitation of system errors, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phspn offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible phspn members only. Eligibility criteria vary per promotion and will be stated in the specific promotional terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposited amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• phspn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

phspn provides access to casino games and sports betting markets supplied by licensed third-party game providers. All games operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, certified live dealing equipment, ensuring outcomes are random and fair.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. phspn does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except in the event of a demonstrable technical error attributable to phspn.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or any interruption during gameplay, phspn will endeavor to resolve the matter fairly. Game history logs are maintained and used as the authoritative record of play.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the phspn server records, the server record shall be deemed conclusive.
• phspn reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was the result of a manifest error, including erroneous odds, system malfunction, or software failure.
• Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and bet type, which are accessible within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following activities while using the phspn Platform:

• Register multiple accounts or allow another person to use your account.
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any point, including during registration or identity verification.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or over other players.
• Collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the phspn Platform or the experience of other players.
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment.

phspn reserves the right to take any and all action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

phspn is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling, while an entertaining pastime for most, can become a problem for some individuals. We take this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phspn members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period ranging from 30 days to permanent closure.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic alerts during gameplay with information about your session duration and net balance.
• Account Cooling-Off: Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phspn Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive property of phspn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phspn and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the phspn Platform or any service provided thereon.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform.
• Any loss of data, winnings, or funds resulting from technical errors, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account by a third party.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, phspn's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phspn makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phspn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

phspn may share your personal data with third-party service providers (such as payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention tools) where necessary for the provision of the Services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

phspn complies with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

12 Termination of Account

Either party may terminate the membership agreement at any time. You may close your phspn account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any pending bets or unsatisfied wagering requirements at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules.

phspn may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• You have materially breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe you are engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• You have provided false information during the registration or verification process.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Upon termination by phspn for cause, any bonuses or promotional credits in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances in excess of any forfeited bonus amounts may be returned to you after completion of applicable verification procedures, at phspn's sole discretion.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the phspn Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.

For game-related disputes, phspn's internal dispute resolution process shall apply first. All disputes must be submitted to phspn in writing within three (3) months of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period will be considered time-barred.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phspn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address associated with their account or by prominent notice on the Platform. Where required by applicable law, we will provide adequate advance notice before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the phspn Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

The version of these Terms that was in force at the time a dispute arises will govern that dispute, unless the updated version provides greater protection to the player.
